The details never linger
Because the ink never dries fast enough.
Everytime my hand travels over what i’ve written, it smudges,
And by then I’ve forgotten the things worth remembering.
It doesn’t matter how many proses, paragraphs, phrases
I write;
Years of memories were replaced by
Three words.
