If You're Tired of Me

Written by Maansi Vejju

If you're tired of helping me, I'll get it.
If you want to leave, then go.
If you you want to get rid of me, good bye.
Just tell me, and I'll be gone.
But never talk to me like you don't care,
Don’t walk by me like I’m not even there.
It hurts me. A lot. More than you’ll ever know
Please, be honest.
Are you sick of helping me?
Of being by my side throughout thick and thin?
Of being that shoulder I lean on, of being that one who always knows what to say and when?
Are you tired of the way I laugh, the way I tease you, of the way I always come to you for help?
If you are, then please, by all means, leave my life. Feel welcome to slam the door on my face. You don't
need to visit. You don't even have to say goodbye.
All I ask of you now,
is to tell me the truth, tell me if you really are tired of my endless problems, my hectic life.
If you really are tired of being my solace.
If you really are tired
of me.
