Sometimes I wonder,
On my bed, all alone.
In a dull mountain of thoughts,
There lay a single, shimmering stone.
In a grand forest fire,
There grows a lone tree, untouched.
On a girl’s charm bracelet,
There hangs a rebellious heart, refusing to rust.
In the vast, blue sky,
A cloud will carelessly float by,
And bathed under an ocean of moonlight,
The night will still remain dark, at heart.
Despite the odds, rebellion can still be found.
It’s amazing how,
In a sea of profound
yet common beliefs,
The rebellion still hasn’t drowned.
